IGRALEC.COM - PC gaming e-zine is Network's first and currently the only site made for local - Slovenian - users. Its roots go back to 1999, but first version of igralec.com e-zine was launched in May 2000. It gained much populatiry during the last two years and the launch of Version 2 also marks two milestones in site's existance - in August 2002, IGRALEC.COM was formally registered as periodic online publication (ISSN number) and also joined HTTPOOL, the largest Slovenian web advertising network. The project is starting to become serious business now and the entire IGRALEC.COM team is looking forward to coming months!
IGRALEC.COM version 2 doesn't bring many new content, but instead organizes existing content in a informative and user friendly manner - providing game info and links to related contents all over the site. New content will be added later this year, and this is expected to be a minor technical modification, as IGRALEC.COM is built around easily extensible pwcrCMS mini content management system (developed my Peterweb Creations for internal use). The system uses Apache/PHP/MySQL platform and powerful Smarty template engine to separate content & business logic from presentation. pwcrCMS and its standalone components will be used in virtually all future PWCR projects.
